Booking Terms & Conditions
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations not fully paid within the specified period may be cancelled at the discretion of the lodge.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing via email. The following cancellation charges will apply:
10% of the total booking if cancelled 30 days or more before the check-in date
25% if cancelled 29 to 15 days before check-in
50% if cancelled 14 to 9 days before check-in
100% if cancelled within 8 days of arrival
Children Policy
Children under 6 years sharing a room with parents stay free of charge.
Children aged 6 to 12 years are charged 50% of the adult rate.
Children over 12 years are charged the full adult rate.
